Losing $26,000 after hiring the wrong contractor. That experience taught us the importance of planning, budgeting, and making informed decisions.

Through trial and error, we discovered affordable, creative ways to transform spaces. Now, we’re here to share those insights with you—helping you avoid the pitfalls and embrace the joy of making a house a home.

Yaneph: (Yah-neef)! My name means ‘the only girl’. Kinda dope right? My grandmother found my name in a book back in the 1940s. I am the visionary behind Renter Friendly, a home content creator with a passion for DIY projects, renter-friendly upgrades, and making beautiful spaces accessible to everyone.
