4. Responsibilities & Expectations
Contractor Responsibilities:

5. Modifying the Agreement
Any modifications to the project scope, timeline, or budget must be documented in a written Change Order. No additional work will be performed unless agreed upon and signed by both parties.
6. Liability Insurance
✔ The contractor agrees to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for liability and workers’ compensation in case of bodily or personal injury, property damage, contractual liability, and cross-liability.
✔ Before commencing any work, contractor will provide proof of insurance and licenses, and the client has been made an additional insured under the policies.
7. Business Licenses, Permits, and Certifications
✔ The contractor represents and warrants that all employees and personnel comply with federal, state, and local laws requiring any licenses, permits, and certifications necessary to perform all scope of work under this agreement.
✔ The homeowner is responsible for ensuring that all required permits and approvals are obtained unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty & Guarantees
